How to Export Google Calendar to CSV & Excel
Google Calendar doesn't provide a direct "Export to CSV" button. Follow these 3 simple steps to export your Google Calendar as a .ics file and convert it into a spreadsheet.

Open Google Calendar Settings
Open Google Calendar in your desktop web browser. Click the Settings Gear Icon (⚙️) near the top right corner and select Settings.

Click "Import & Export"
In the left sidebar navigation, click on Import & Export. Under the "Export" section, click the Export button. Google will download a .zip file containing .ics files for each of your calendars.

Convert .ICS to CSV
Unzip the downloaded file to locate your .ics calendar file. Return to our Free ICS Converter, drop the file into the upload zone, and click Download .CSV or Download Excel (.XLSX).
